I actually learnt something very interesting the other day!
There’s a 52% chance you’re reading this post on a mobile device.
Whether it’s a phone, tablet, or even a wristwatch, 52% of all content searches and emails are opened and read on a mobile device.
That’s a MIND BLOWINGLY high number… And I feel it should be on the forefront of more peoples minds as a trend that just keeps on growing.
Only a few years ago that number was hovering around 30%.
It goes to show that there is an evolution in consumer behavior happening right before our eyes.
People are moving from single, long sessions at a computer to many, short sessions throughout the day on phones and tablets…
So why am I telling you this?
Because, like your customers, your marketing and thinking needs to change.
You need to be able to take advantage of this change in customer behavior with new, easily consumed content that caters directly to people who align with your mission.
More importantly, you need to know how to target them so they will actually see the content you’re producing…
